Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

A: We operate globally and ship worldwide to all destinations.

Q: I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS BUT THEY ARRIVED IN DIFFERENT DELIVERIES?

A: Since we manufacture on demand and we have a large assortment of products not always stocked in the same region, we may ship your items at different times from different fulfillment centers.

Q: HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

A: All orders are processed and shipped within usually within 2-3 days. Due to extremely high demand please allow 10-14 business days for orders to the United States and 20-30 business days for international orders.

Q: CAN I TRACK MY ITEMS?

A: We use multiple shipping methods so you can get your products as quickly as possible. However, not all of our shipping providers offer tracking numbers. Therefore, depending on your location and the best provider for that location we may not be able to give you a tracking number.

Q: IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

A: Absolutely. We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used for the purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Q: DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
